7 Game Rules and Fair Play

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension and Closure

• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, ab77 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Where an account is closed at the player's request for reasons unrelated to a breach, any remaining balance will be processed as a standard withdrawal within the normal processing timeframe.
